"Proofing" Process

When we have completed the design and setup of your eCard, we will ship you a "proof" copy for your review and approval. Your approval of this proof authorizes us
dtm Associates, to process the remainder of your order. This proofing will only occur at the time of your first order or if any revisions are made to your eCard.

Any appearance, typographical or software issues arising after the proofing process are not considered defects. You must thoroughly check the proof copy BEFORE you approve its appearance and content.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time up to the moment we begin recording your eCards. To check on the status of your order for this purpose, please contact us with your order number and we will promptly cancel your order. However, the setup charge of US$150.00 is non-refundable.

Refunds and Replacement Policy

We 100% guarantee our eCards from defect. If an eCard that you receive is defective, for any reason, please contact us and a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

Shipping Policy

We manufacture eCards. We do not profit from shipping. The shipping costs that we quote you are those provided to us by the shipper (UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US Postal Service). We will ship your order with whatever urgency that you require. Please indicate this preference at the time of order.

Payment Policy

At the present time we only accept personal or company checks and money orders (USPS, Western Union, etc.) as payment. Furthermore, only checks payable in US dollars and drawn on accounts in United States banks are accepted. Massachusetts residents must add 5% sales tax. Please make all checks or money orders payable to:

Your order will be processed promptly upon receipt of your payment.
